• Portfolio Facility – operates as a line of credit with the difference of offering various sub-accounts sitting under an ‘umbrella’ total approved limit. There are options to link variable rate loan sub-accounts with 100% Offset and fixed rate sub-accounts
• Interest Only Loans – these types of loans have a loan term for up to 30 years and the interest only periods are usually from 1 or up to 5 years
