Commercial Fixed Rate Loan: The minimum loan amount of $10,000 with limits up to $5,000,000. Suitable for Borrowers under Self Employed, Company or Trust structures. Key features include *ability to make additional regular or lump sum repayments, Principle and Interest (P & I) or Interest Only repayments, Fixed rate period 1-5 years

Combination or Split Loan: A combination of the above products Commercial Variable Loan or Commercial Fixed Rate Loan. Refer to product descriptions as listed above

Commercial Line of Credit: Interest only facility and with interest charged at the end of the month on the balance drawn. Minimum loan amount of $10,000 with limits up to $5,000,000. Suitable for Borrowers under Self Employed, Company or Trust structures. Key features include the ability to make additional regular or lump sum repayments, Redraw ($10,000 minimum)

Low doc: This type of product is to assist Borrowers who are Self-Employed and who have difficulty in demonstrating income. There is a combination of documents required to be produced as evidence (BAS statements, Signed Statement from your Accountant or Business Bank Statements). Refer to product descriptions as listed above.
